## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Serve as the principal implementation liaison for Practice Groups EHR delivery teams.
- Document customer requirements and translate technical requirements into system configurations, business processes, and goals.
- Lead business discovery and develop delivery recommendations that drive outcomes and value.
- Configure software solutions and ensure data quality, integrity, and security for customer databases.
- Validate implementation plans and manage communication among project stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver customer implementation training using adult learning principles and best practices.
- Define training expectations and deliver train-the-trainer programs for customer super users and end users.
- Conduct learning needs and readiness assessments, align training plans with customer workflows, and identify adoption risks.
- Support customer change management by coaching customer champions and recommending strategies to improve engagement and adoption.
- Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues with strong attention to detail.
- Maintain training databases for product releases, enhancements, and leading practices.
- Identify configuration improvements to increase efficiency and customer outcomes.
- Build stakeholder relationships and communicate issues, risks, escalations, timelines, and delays.
- Monitor adoption metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Maintain expertise across multiple product offerings and end-to-end solution value outcomes.
- Travel to customer sites when needed to lead meetings and presentations.

## Requirements
- Post-secondary education in business or a technology-related field preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Experience configuring or implementing software solutions, database testing, and end-user support preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience performing workflow analysis and documenting recommendations in a software consulting environment.
- Ability to manage multiple project teams, milestones, and objectives efficiently.
- Accountability, initiative, adaptability, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver on time.
- **2–4+ years of experience in a software implementation role.**

## Training and Development
- Participate in educational workshops, seminars, certification programs, and product release training.
