## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance the onboarding process to engage and inspire new team members before their first day and beyond.
- Coordinate team culture events and activities that foster a positive work environment.
- Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and other people systems.
- Provide administrative support for HR processes, including benefits administration, leave management, and employee record-keeping.
- Partner with IT, Finance, and Workplace teams to ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding transitions.
- Communicate changes to employee information and update relevant systems.
- Respond to employee inquiries and assist with basic HR-related questions and requests.
- Support additional People Operations processes, including recruitment administration, HR reporting, and compliance updates.

## Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Resourceful problem-solving skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with a focus on employee customer service.
- Basic understanding of HR practices and eagerness to learn more about People Operations.
- Responsible and positive work attitude, with the ability to work effectively with differing personalities.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2–3 years of experience in a People or HR-related role.
- Fluency in, or ability to learn, the People technology stack, including Google Apps, Slack, Ashby, Rippling, and Envoy.
