## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end licensing application cycle for new and existing providers across the United States, ensuring requirements are met for approval.
- Streamline licensing processes by suggesting automation and new tools, optimizing workflow steps, and improving operational efficiency.
- Develop standard operating procedures for new state and provider licensing programs and implement them across the team.
- Assist with managing and upskilling the contract licensing team.
- Track licensing metrics and report progress, roadblocks, and updates; recommend improvements to reporting.
- Provide licensing support and manage communications for Registered Dietitians, Medical Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, and therapists.
- Collaborate with RCM, Payer Operations, Clinical Operations, Customer Experience, and other cross-functional teams.

## Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in provider licensing, provider operations, healthcare operations, or a related field.
- Familiarity with licensing processes and state requirements for Registered Dietitians, Medical Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, or therapists.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and changing environments.
- Experience building processes from the ground up.
- Comfort learning and using new technologies.
- Flexibility and adaptability when facing new challenges.
