## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Support the transition of work within the HR Shared Services, APAC team in India and help ensure relevant SLAs are met.
- Learn and assist with day-to-day HR data processes, including employee record updates, organizational structure changes, and data validation.
- Support the cleansing and maintenance of HR data in alignment with company policies and global standards.
- Meet agreed critical metrics and SLAs.
- Assist with preparing reports and trackers for internal HR teams and audits.
- Deliver consistent, high-quality service to internal customers and partners while following standard operating procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive employee data.

## Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in HR operations, shared services, HR data entry, or HR data management.
- Basic understanding of HR systems, HR data, Excel, or Google Sheets.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn quickly, ask questions, and follow through on assigned work.
- Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment.
- Good understanding of data governance frameworks and data quality.

## Nice to Have
- Experience supporting HR Shared Services across APAC, India, EMEA, or NAMER regions.
- Familiarity with ticketing tools such as Zendesk.
