## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Partner directly with Codes' largest customers throughout implementation, serving as the primary technical point of contact from kickoff through full rollout.
- Help customers integrate Codes into their existing workflows by translating their technical environments and constraints into working, adopted deployments.
- Identify and solve technical bottlenecks between partial rollout and full organizational adoption.
- Own the final 20% of enterprise implementations, determining whether customers scale from six-figure to seven-figure contracts.
- Work cross-functionally across Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to unblock implementations and align customer success with internal teams.
- Build and maintain relationships with strategic accounts, influencing retention and expansion.
- Operate across customer-facing product work and data pipeline work as company priorities shift.

## Requirements
- Enjoy working directly with customers.
- Technical ability to debug integration issues with customer engineers.
- Comfort operating without a playbook across ambiguous, high-stakes rollouts.
- Ability to align Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success without formal authority.
- Background in solutions engineering, implementation, or technical account management, ideally in enterprise SaaS.
- Fully in-person work in Dumbo, Brooklyn.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary of **$125,000–$200,000**, depending on years of experience.
