## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospects and key customer accounts to support deal closure.
- Support Account Managers throughout the sales cycle by addressing technical and product questions about Wavelytics.
- Explain the competitive advantages of Wavelytics and its AI capabilities to buyers.
- Communicate data protection, AI best practices, and security considerations.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to refine messaging for new features.
- Develop and maintain sales playbooks aligned with product enhancements.
- Cultivate customer relationships to generate testimonials and case studies.
- Lead or support sales pursuits as needed.

## Requirements
- 3+ years of experience supporting sales organizations with data analytics and AI offerings.
- Ability to learn and explain complex technology in a customer-relevant way.
- Proven ability to build rapport, understand business needs, and communicate solutions effectively.
- Strategic, customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
