## Job Description

## Responsibilities

### Identify and Frame Value
- Discover and translate customers’ strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases.
- Build demos and business cases using industry benchmarks and best practices to win new customers.
- Undertake value assessments or proof-of-value projects and communicate the value opportunity and strategic roadmap to C-level executives.

### Realize Value
- Facilitate business value workshops and use Celonis to identify and qualify opportunities for process enhancement.
- Derive improvement measures in core business functions and initiate improvement actions and enterprise-wide change initiatives.
- Present results and realized value to senior management and C-level executives.

### Scale Value
- Own the end-to-end customer value journey, including landing, expanding, adoption, and renewal.
- Build strategic expansion roadmaps that embed Celonis Process Intelligence as a business transformation platform and drive adoption and expansion.
- Provide feedback to product development teams to enhance the Celonis platform and apps based on new use cases.

## Requirements

- 7+ years of experience in an analytical role focused on demonstrating or securing value through business data analysis, business process improvement, and software deployment.
- Experience in process improvement, value realization, identifying business process improvement use cases, deploying improvement measures, driving change, and training users or process owners.
- Understanding of Finance and/or Supply Chain domains and strategic transformation initiatives, such as shared services transformation or system transformation.
- Knowledge of business software and SaaS applications, such as SAP.
- Experience implementing RPA or BI tools, or building dashboards, apps, and action flows.
- Knowledge of Python and/or SQL and AI.
- Experience collaborating with IT teams.
- Experience planning and managing project scopes, expectations, and timelines across multiple projects.
- Experience preparing and communicating value roadmaps and results to internal and external stakeholders and management.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Expertise in one or more industries such as Manufacturing, Automotive, Consumer, Retail, Pharmaceuticals, or Chemicals.
- Degree in Technology and Management, Industrial or Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a comparable field.
