## Job Description

## What You'll Do
- Self-prospect to build strong sales pipeline of new logos, exceed quarterly/annual targets, partner with Marketing, SDR, and Partner teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales Ops, Sales Engineers) for sales effectiveness
- Demonstrate deep understanding of customer needs in STT, TTS, Voice Agent space, competition, and Deepgram products
- Establish/maintain stakeholder relationships, drive upsell with CSMs, manage existing accounts

## It's Important to Us That You Have
- Proven experience in technical full-cycle sales
- Experience managing complex Enterprise/Strategic partner deal cycles and expansions
- Pipeline building and account closing experience
- Consistent sales target overachievement
- Strong written/verbal communication
- Customer empathy
- High organization and follow-up skills
- Repeatable sales process

## It Would Be Great If You Had
- Familiarity with Challenger or Triangle sales methodology
- Experience selling to technical audiences in similar space
