## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Serve as a high-touch point of contact for candidates, ensuring clear, warm, and timely communication throughout their journey.
- Own candidate scheduling end to end.
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to maintain recruiting pipelines and candidate tracking in our ATS (Ashby).
- Prepare candidates and interviewers for success with clear and comprehensive plans.
- Coordinate offer logistics, onboarding, and the new-hire experience.
- Drive continuous-improvement projects across recruiting operations, reporting, and candidate experience.

## Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, people operations, or another high-tempo operational or administrative role.
- Impeccable organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping details.
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication — professional, direct, and proactive.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity, with a strong bias toward action and solutions.
- Track record of moving quickly, finding shortcuts, and going to unreasonable lengths to deliver on goals.
- High NPS with your former teammates.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with ATS systems like Ashby.
- Background from underrepresented groups (encouraged to apply even if not all qualifications are met).

## Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $65,000 - $100,000 (base; part of total compensation including equity).
