## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Manage and grow relationships with Global System Integrator (GSI) partners.
- Build and own pipeline management, data ingestion, and workflow management for partner alliances.
- Collaborate with product development, sales, sales engineering, professional services, legal, and marketing teams to deliver seamless partner and customer experiences.
- Coordinate co-marketing activities, including events, webinars, and content creation.
- Support partners through Snowflake’s partner program and sales process, including deal registration, proposal support, reporting, and alignment with sales leadership.
- Monitor partner performance against defined metrics and manage multiple priorities at scale.
- Create automated workflows for use cases, opportunities, and registrations using Snowflake CoWork, CoCo, Salesforce, Slack, and related tools.
- Develop MCP-based solutions for executive briefings and scorecarding.
- Manage global and regional business plans, track partner progress, and communicate results.
- Travel approximately 25–50%.

## Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in partner management, strategic alliances, sales, marketing, or technology business development.
- 5+ years of channel sales or channel program management experience with accountability for revenue targets.
- Established relationships with Snowflake’s system integrators.
- Strong executive presence and polish.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills in a dynamic environment.

## Nice-to-haves

- Working knowledge of cloud and frontier model environments.
- Experience building strategic alliances and driving partner-led growth.

## Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $196,000–$257,250 annually.
