## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Develop on-brand marketing materials including decks, one-pagers, social assets, ads, and more.
- Design event collateral (e.g., signage, booth layouts, swag, digital and print media).
- Create clear, visually compelling communications - announcements, reports, email graphics - that resonate with both internal and external audiences.
- Partner with GTM and Product teams to translate messaging into strong visual assets that enhance storytelling and engagement.
- Maintain consistency and quality across all external-facing design touchpoints, from digital campaigns to physical collateral.
- Focus on product marketing and growth design - craft visuals that help drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.

## Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional graphic or marketing design experience - bonus if you've worked in B2B SaaS, tech startups, or agency environments.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of marketing collateral: presentations, event materials, digital ads, decks, etc.
- Proficient with design tools such as **Figma**, **Illustrator**, **Photoshop**.
- Expert understanding of branding, typography, layout composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to iterate quickly based on feedback—balancing quality and speed effectively.
- Experience collaborating with Product, Marketing, or GTM teams to align visual design with messaging and goals.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with motion design, digital ad formats, **Midjourney**, UI/UX principles.
