## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build and own a book of business from day one.
- Develop long-term client relationships with law firms in your market.
- Acquire and thoughtfully expand accounts over time with a dedicated marketing budget.
- Drive recurring revenue in a predictable model.
- Sell face-to-face in the field at least 3 days per week.
- Network, attend industry events, and maintain a visible presence in your market.

## Requirements
- **3–5 years of outside sales experience**.
- Demonstrated ability to learn a new industry and translate insights to subject-matter experts.
- Ability to thrive in high-activity, high-agency roles.
- Experience with CRM tools.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: **$85,000–$100,000**.
- Uncapped commission: **5% of Steno revenue from completed jobs**.
- Expected first-year OTE: **$125,000–$150,000+**.
- Potential second-year OTE: **$165,000–$200,000+**.
- Potential third-year OTE: **$175,000–$275,000+**.
- Stock options.

- Sales leadership coaching and sales enablement support.
