## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build and nurture pipelines of top GTM talent through strategic sourcing and headhunting.
- Map competitor sales organizations and execute targeted campaigns.
- Present Kong’s vision, equity story, and product value to passive candidates.
- Partner with GTM leaders to define success profiles for roles, regions, and functions.
- Provide hiring managers with market data on salary bands, talent density, and competitor compensation.
- Conduct deep-dive competency interviews focused on candidates’ sales processes, deal mechanics, business acumen, and achievements.
- Run rigorous interview processes that balance speed and quality.
- Educate and mentor recruiters on GTM terminology, objection handling, and closing strategies.
- Track conversion metrics, including passthrough rates, to optimize recruiting funnels.

## Requirements
- Experience in GTM sourcing, especially for B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales roles.
- Fluency in MEDDIC or MEDDPICC methodology and related sales concepts.
- Ability to assess candidates’ understanding of champions, coaches, economic buyers, metrics, and business cases.
- Comfort operating in a rapidly scaling, ambiguous environment.
- Strong outbound sourcing and headhunting skills.
- Data-driven approach to measuring and improving recruiting performance.
