## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own the design and configuration of the Workday platform.
- Lead configuration across Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, and Time Tracking, including business processes, security groups, condition rules, and calculated fields.
- Serve as the primary technical expert for Workday enhancements and translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
- Establish standards for security roles, tenant and environment management, change control, testing, and documentation.
- Lead change management, stakeholder communications, training, enablement, and adoption measurement.
- Analyze Workday processes, integrations, and user interfaces to identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage Workday roadmap and release cycles, including release-note review, feature-impact assessment, regression testing, release communication, and prioritization.
- Identify and automate manual work across People Operations.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of HRIS or People Systems experience, including hands-on Workday configuration and administration.
- Significant expertise in at least one of Payroll, Benefits, or Absence, with working knowledge of the other two and their interactions.
- Strong command of the Workday business process framework, security configuration, condition rules, and calculated fields.
- Experience owning complex systems initiatives end to end.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience handling confidential employee data and designing systems that meet audit and compliance requirements.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship.
- Willingness to use AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact.

- Base salary: $149,000–$175,000.
