## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Help build foundational recruiting processes and programs.
- Partner strategically with the organization to define hiring needs based on projected growth, team structure, and talent trends.
- Define talent needs, source and prescreen candidates, partner with hiring managers, and ensure a smooth recruiting process.
- Identify offer-closing strategies and provide candidates with the information needed to make informed decisions.
- Represent Hightouch effectively in a competitive talent market.
- Build strong, trustworthy partnerships with hiring managers.
- Identify and engage qualified candidates through sourcing, referrals, and inbound channels.
- Manage multiple roles and develop creative strategies to maintain a consistent candidate pipeline.
- Prioritize effectively in a rapidly changing environment.

## Requirements
- Ideally 2+ years of in-house recruiting experience.
- Experience partnering with go-to-market leaders.
- Ideally, experience hiring Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives in a high-growth environment.
- Proven ability to identify and engage qualified candidates across multiple channels.
- Strong hiring manager and recruiter partnership skills.
- Creative, resourceful, and effective problem-solving abilities.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: **$120,000–$170,000 USD per year**.
- Location-independent compensation under the remote-first policy.
