## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for a wide range of dental practice prospects.
- Use email, phone, and other creative channels to reach prospective clients through outbound tactics.
- Track sales activity using Salesforce and other software tools.
- Overcome objections, pitch the company value proposition, and move prospects forward in the sales process.
- Work with senior sales leadership to meet KPIs and revenue targets.
- Partner with Account Executives on client handoffs.

## Requirements
- Fluency in French and English.
- 1+ years of professional sales experience in a high-growth environment.
- Experience with cold calling; SMB experience is a plus.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and willingness to learn new sales concepts through rigorous training.
- Ability to work through ambiguity and ramp up quickly.
- Experience with standard sales tools and interest in exploring and implementing tools to streamline the sales process.
- Overall record of professional and academic success.
