## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own content across X, LinkedIn, Reddit, and YouTube, from ideation through publishing.
- Create video content, including short-form clips, product capability videos, industry deep dives, and other engaging content across channels.
- Find creative ways to reach new audiences, including joining trending conversations with data visualizations, building relationships in online communities, and testing new channels.
- Track performance and focus investment on what works.

## Requirements
- Background in business, marketing, entrepreneurship, or finance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and creating video content.
- Numbers-driven and genuinely curious about data.
- High agency and willingness to quickly learn new skills.
- Able to start remotely immediately and transition to full-time in San Francisco.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Active presence on X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, or Reddit.
- Intuition for what makes content go viral.

## Interview Process
- Introductory conversation with the founder.
- Paid take-home project creating growth content.
