> The FP&A Analyst will guide financial performance through forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, reporting, and stakeholder partnership. The role requires strong financial modeling and Excel skills, with SQL, modern data tools, and AI/LLM experience desirable.

## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Monitor performance indicators, highlight trends, and analyze causes of unexpected variance.
- Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide timely financial recommendations to management.
- Produce recurring ARR, cost, and metric reports, highlighting variances, trends, and concerns.
- Provide actionable insights to stakeholders, with particular focus on go-to-market performance and metrics.
- Own designated planning and analysis areas and related stakeholder relationships.
- Assist with the annual budgeting process.
- Maintain workforce cost forecasts and analysis.
- Document and improve FP&A processes.
- Build financial models and maintain accurate rolling forecasts across multiple systems.
- Develop data models and explore AI/LLM use cases to automate and enhance financial analysis.

## Requirements
- Fully qualified CIMA accountant; ACA or ACCA with post-qualification FP&A and commercial finance experience also considered.
- Strong communication and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter who can work autonomously, take initiative, and identify opportunities to add value.
- Hands-on approach and willingness to support a broad range of priorities.
- Budgeting, forecasting, and variance-analysis expertise.
- Strong attention to detail, logical approach, and ability to multitask.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Strong Excel and financial-modelling capabilities.

## Nice to Have
- Curiosity about AI/LLM applications in financial analysis.
- SQL capabilities and familiarity with modern data-stack tools such as Snowflake and dbt.
- Experience working in an international business.
- Experience in a SaaS or recurring-revenue business.
