## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Enhance Migration Automation Framework using AI Coding Agents to build robust, scalable migration solutions.
- Interface with customers from developers to executives, driving successful delivery of customer-facing migration solutions.
- Design & build solutions, address technical challenges, provide hands-on implementation assistance to PS consultants and customer teams.
- Engage customers on migration projects, guide installation and implementation of Kong solutions.
- Lead customer discussions, provide technical thought leadership on field solutions.
- Collaborate with Product Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales teams.
- Develop internal solutions & tools for the field organization.
- Write or edit technical documentation and knowledge base articles.

## Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant software development experience.
- Hands-on implementation experience with API gateway and/or API integrations in customer environments.
- Practical working knowledge of APIs, containers, and microservices.
- Proficient in Linux environments including Cloud and Development tooling.
- Experience with building and deploying software solutions using AI Coding Agents.
- Experience with application development and multiple programming languages.
- Experience with major cloud providers such as GCP, AWS, and Azure (preferred).
- Experience with Google Apigee or IBM API Connect & DataPower (plus).
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent technical development experience.
