## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Design and build developer experience systems for engineers and coding agents across the software development lifecycle.
- Build and improve monorepo organization, orchestration, and tooling.
- Develop CI/CD pipelines, including evaluation and validation of agent-generated changes.
- Explore cloud development environments.
- Expose rich codebase context to coding agents, supporting parallel agent execution, automated refactors, migrations, and bug fixing.
- Set up engineering productivity metrics and dashboards, organize forums, and create other channels to identify and resolve friction points.
- Build infrastructure that enables Clay to leverage advances in AI across the software lifecycle.
- Own systems end-to-end and collaborate closely with the engineering team.

## Requirements
- Experience building developer tooling, infrastructure, or internal platforms.
- Strong interest in developer experience and engineering productivity.
- Ability to design systems that automate complex workflows.
- Excitement about how AI will transform the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable code and own systems end-to-end.
- Curiosity and willingness to experiment; prior experience building AI systems is not required.
