## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports and analyze KPI trends for stakeholders.
- Maintain and update the commercial forecasting model, expanding involvement in model logic and design.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to answer leadership and cross-functional business questions.
- Pull and manipulate data to support strategic analysis, developing toward ownership of framing and delivery.
- Build, maintain, and iterate on Tableau dashboards.
- Support quarterly and annual planning, including scenario formulation.
- Provide change-management support and facilitate cross-functional projects.

## Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in an analytical, business operations, or strategy-oriented role.
- Proficiency with SQL, Excel or Google Sheets, and Tableau or a similar business intelligence tool.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Self-starter mindset, ownership, sound judgment, curiosity, and comfort with ambiguity.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience in fintech, proptech, or an early-stage/high-growth company.
- Familiarity with dbt, GitHub, or GitLab.
- Ability to work from the Boston office regularly.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: **$90,000–$110,000**.
