## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own product marketing and solutions marketing strategy for Workforce and Mortgage across industries, segments, and go-to-market motions.
- Define and drive positioning for Checkr AI and the People Data Graph as the technology foundation for identity resolution and trust at scale.
- Incorporate incubating and developing use cases into the company’s positioning narrative as they mature.
- Reengineer PMM and SMM operations with AI-native tools and workflows for strategy, content, and campaigns.
- Partner with Product to shape roadmap priorities using market, competitive, and customer insights.
- Develop messaging, positioning, and content that enable Sales and Customer Success teams to win and grow accounts.
- Present strategy and market insights to executives and revenue leadership.

## Requirements
- 10+ years of product marketing or solutions marketing experience, including senior- or director-level scope.
- Experience at a rapidly growing and scaling company, ideally in B2B SaaS or a platform business.
- Track record of developing go-to-market strategy across multiple products, segments, or industry verticals.
- Experience rethinking and building PMM/SMM tools, structures, and processes powered by AI.
- Strong executive presence and experience partnering with C-level stakeholders.
- Bias for action, ownership, resilience, and comfort operating through ambiguity.

## Nice to Have
- Experience creating a new market category.

## Compensation
- ATS salary range: $252,000–$351,000 USD.
- San Francisco, CA range: $298,000–$351,000 USD.
- Denver, CO range: $252,000–$297,000 USD.
