## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own a product area end to end, from understanding customer problems through writing precise specifications and driving execution with engineering and design.
- Become a mortgage and business-domain expert who provides context for solving important customer problems.
- Work closely with current and prospective customers to understand their needs and challenges.
- Shape the application of AI in a real, regulated industry.
- Help shape the product team, company culture, and broader organization.

## Requirements
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable operating through ambiguity and blockers.
- Strong curiosity, persistence, and willingness to learn the mortgage ecosystem.
- Ability to solve complex problems in nuanced domains and learn from users, customer executives, and industry partners.
- Ability to combine customer and domain expertise with a strong understanding of technology and user experience.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex learnings into precise insights.
- Collaborative, humble, and team-oriented approach.

- Cash compensation targeted at $150,000–$220,000 per year; final offer depends on experience and expertise.
