## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Participate in month-end close activities, including revenue analyses, journal entries, account reconciliations, and revenue recognition.
- Analyze sales transactions in ERP systems to ensure data accuracy and revenue schedule integrity, including revenue allocations.
- Review and validate revenue streams for appropriate accounting treatment.
- Review contract write-ups and provide guidance on revenue treatment under ASC 606 and related financial reporting requirements.
- Establish, maintain, and review standalone selling price ranges and methodologies.
- Manage quarterly reviews and year-end financial audits with external auditors.
- Provide functional oversight and guidance to Revenue Analysts.
- Prepare executive-level analytics and revenue disclosures by analyzing complex data, identifying trends and anomalies, and translating findings into actionable insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with OTC and FP&A on ongoing initiatives.
- Support special projects and ad hoc requests.

## Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA preferred.
- At least 8 years of experience in a similar role at a public, high-growth SaaS or technology company.
- Experience with revenue operations, revenue recognition, and reconciliation processes involving sales data, customer contracts, and new product offerings.
- Working knowledge of ASC 606, including SaaS and usage-based revenue models.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working with large data volumes.
- Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems, including NetSuite and Salesforce.
- Strong analytical, research, problem-solving, organization, communication, and business partnering skills.
- Ability to own complex revenue areas, influence cross-functional partners, and independently drive projects to completion.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.

## Compensation
- Base salary: $78,000–$154,000 USD.
