## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Develop skills in value-based selling, big data, and AI.
- Provide a strong customer experience for prospective customers.
- Conduct account and prospect research to inform outreach campaigns and engage key target accounts.
- Maintain inbound and outbound communication with prospects through personalized email, cold calling, and social selling.
- Partner with the wider sales team to develop territory strategy, build pipeline, and drive adoption.
- Uncover client needs and progress conversations into sales opportunities by communicating how the platform can address them.

## Requirements
- Prior successful sales experience is a plus, but not required.
- Determination to succeed, learn, and help build an enterprise software company.
- Consistent, measurable over-achievement in past experiences.
- Strong communication skills, especially listening and questioning in phone-based and in-person scenarios.
- Genuine interest in big data and AI.
- Fluency in Italian and English, with minimum C1 proficiency in both.
