## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own paid search and app marketing across Google Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube, Universal App Campaigns (UAC), and Apple Search Ads.
- Manage campaign architecture, bidding, budget pacing, negative keywords, and audience signals across web and app environments.
- Continuously analyze keywords and search queries, including competitor conquesting, brand defense, category expansion, and emerging demand signals.
- Build and own measurement infrastructure, including conversion tracking, mobile measurement partner (MMP) integration, SKAdNetwork, Apple’s AdAttributionKit (AEM), and incrementality testing.
- Allocate budgets across campaign types, devices, geographies, and platforms using marginal-return analysis.
- Own forecasting and performance reporting tied to customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), payback period, and incremental revenue.
- Partner with creative teams on ad copy, extensions, sitelinks, video assets, app-store creative, and landing pages.
- Evaluate platform betas, campaign types, and bidding products through structured testing.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in paid search or app marketing, ideally in consumer technology, fintech, or a high-growth startup.
- Deep expertise with Google Ads, including Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube, and UAC.
- Strong experience with Apple Search Ads, including campaign structure, Creative Sets, and app-store conversion dynamics.
- Experience building or rebuilding paid-search accounts from scratch and scaling them successfully.
- Experience buying across web and mobile-app environments.
- Fluency in MMP integration, SKAdNetwork, AEM, and differences between app and web measurement.
- Strong analytical skills, including attribution modeling, incrementality testing, geo experiments, and performance forecasting.
- Proven ability to scale spend while maintaining or improving CAC, LTV, and payback period.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with regulated advertising categories such as fintech, cryptocurrency, or financial products.
- Proficiency with Google Ads scripts or the Google Ads API.
- Experience in trading, crypto, sports betting, or financial products.
- Experience running paid search alongside large paid-social programs and measuring cross-channel overlap.
