## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Shape infrastructure roadmap and drive progress toward it
- Build security and operational foundations for sustainable growth
- Improve reliability: reduce MTTR, establish SLOs, manage outages
- Empower product teams by building platforms and tools for end-to-end system ownership

## Qualifications
**Required:**
- 5+ years in infrastructure / SRE / platform engineering roles, with breadth across infra disciplines
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (**GCP** preferred) and infrastructure-as-code (**Terraform**, **Pulumi**, etc.)
- Strong software engineering fundamentals with a builder's mindset
- Technical breadth: networking, security, observability, **CI/CD**, database operations, containerization
- Experience with consumer-facing, revenue-critical systems

**Bonus / Nice-to-Have:**
- Led infrastructure evolution at a growing startup on a small team

## Compensation
- Base salary: $170,000 - $220,000
