## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, opportunity qualification, negotiation, and closing, exceeding sales goals.
- Build pipeline through warm leads, cold outbound, and marketing partnerships.
- Sell to customer outcomes, communicating value to C-level, engineers, architects, IT, and finance.
- Partner with engineers for demos, discovery, and technical guidance; collaborate with operations and marketing on collateral.
- Maintain forecast, track activity against quotas.
- Build scalable sales engine, define strategy, contribute to sales culture.

## Requirements
- 4+ years quota-carrying full-cycle SaaS sales experience in data management, AI/ML, or observability/analysis.
- Solution selling for enterprise accounts, coordinating cross-team efforts.
- Technical fluency on organizational workflows.
- Results-driven, aggressive, fast-paced.
- Dynamic leader and team player.
- Willing to travel.
