## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Support Sales and Customer Success by resolving tickets related to sales processes and systems.
- Review requests, troubleshoot technical challenges, identify root causes, and resolve issues independently.
- Verify sales order data accuracy.
- Liaise with Sales, Customer Success, Contracts, Pricing, and Finance to resolve sales-team issues.
- Follow documentation for ongoing tasks, identify process improvements, document new tasks, and train team members.
- Execute existing tests and write new test scenarios for user acceptance testing of Salesforce changes.
- Lead projects that roll out operational support for new initiatives, including documentation, teammate training, and post-launch improvements.
- Lead operational projects that improve processing speed and efficiency.

## Requirements
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in sales operations.
- Experience using Salesforce in quote-to-cash business processes.
- Proficiency with Salesforce for troubleshooting, ticket resolution, and operational projects.
- Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies.
- Strong time-management, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience at a SaaS company preferred.
