## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build and own a book of business from day one.
- Develop long-term client relationships with law firms in your market.
- Acquire and expand accounts thoughtfully over time with a dedicated marketing budget.
- Drive recurring revenue in a predictable model.
- Work in the field at least **3 days per week**, building relationships through face-to-face selling, networking, and industry events.

## Requirements
- **3–5 years of outside sales experience**.
- Demonstrated ability to learn a new industry and translate insights to subject-matter experts.
- Ability to thrive in high-activity, high-agency roles.
- Experience with CRM tools.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: **$85,000–$100,000**.
- Commission: **5%** of Steno revenue from completed jobs.
- Expected first-year OTE: **$125,000–$150,000+**.
- Potential second-year OTE: **$165,000–$200,000+**.
- Potential third-year OTE: **$175,000–$275,000+**.
- Uncapped commission and earnings growth as the book of business expands.
- Stock options.
- Premium medical, dental, and vision coverage, with some plans covering 100% of premiums.
- Sales leadership coaching and sales enablement support.
