## Job Description

## Responsibilities

### Client Partnership Growth
- Collaborate with Client Partners to meet or exceed clients’ marketing goals.
- Manage and deepen relationships with advertising partners and agency counterparts to drive year-over-year revenue growth.
- Advise clients on full-funnel objectives, particularly mobile app marketing, and develop creative media plans.
- Lead brand and media agency education, office hours, and performance check-ins, communicating Reddit’s advertising value proposition, solutions, and best practices.

### End-to-End Campaign Ownership
- Lead campaign launch execution, support setup, and deliver optimization recommendations to agency and client partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for account operations, including revenue delivery, troubleshooting, and escalations.
- Collaborate with Ad Operations and Product teams to ensure campaign delivery and resolve technical hurdles.

### Insights, Reporting, and Upselling
- Analyze campaign performance data, audience and competitor insights, seasonality, and market trends to develop KPI-driven recommendations.
- Identify and pitch upsell opportunities to contribute to account growth.

### Leadership and Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Mentor and train team members.
- Represent client needs to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Share client feedback and campaign metrics to help shape the native ads product roadmap.
- Identify improvement areas and drive solution execution.

## Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in advertising sales and account management.
- Deep expertise in mobile apps, mobile user acquisition funnels, and mobile measurement partners (MMPs).
- Strong understanding of the customer marketing funnel and traditional marketing ecosystem.
- Experience analyzing data and evaluating identifiable factors across diverse problems.
- Proven success upselling and growing client spend.
- Understanding of digital measurement, tracking fundamentals, and mobile measurement partners.
- Entrepreneurial, tenacious approach to product, process, and client challenges.
- Experience cultivating strong external-partner relationships.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.
- High attention to detail.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Proficiency in Excel.
