## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own analytics for Customer Success and Operations, partnering with senior leaders to identify opportunities and define and measure success.
- Analyze data to improve customer retention, permit turnaround times, and operational scalability.
- Triage requests for data, charts, and metrics, prioritizing work with the greatest business impact.
- Convert recurring requests into self-service dashboards and document data for future use.
- Collaborate with Analytics Engineering to create dbt models when needed.
- Translate ambiguous business questions into PRDs and lead high-impact analytics initiatives.

## Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or a similar decision-support role.
- Strong SQL skills, including CTEs and window functions.
- Experience modeling in a BI tool; Omni preferred.
- Experience with a data warehouse such as BigQuery or Snowflake.
- Working knowledge of dbt, including writing models, adding tests, opening pull requests, and optimizing efficiency.
- Hands-on experience using LLM tools such as Claude or Cursor to write SQL, draft dbt models, and automate reporting.
- Strong business judgment and ability to connect analytics requests to decisions.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience working with Salesforce data.
- Experience supporting Customer Success or Operations teams.
- Experience modernizing legacy reporting.
