## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver quarterly presentations on customer revenue performance, benchmarked against prior RCM vendors.
- Explain revenue fluctuations by identifying process weaknesses and analyzing changes in payer and procedure ratios.
- Prioritize and implement process fixes to prevent revenue declines.
- Develop data-driven recommendations to improve customer efficiency and revenue growth.
- Launch ad hoc revenue-generating initiatives across multiple customers.
- Drive process improvements for internal teams and cross-functional partners.

## Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or operations at a fast-paced SaaS technology company.
- Deep data-analysis experience; SQL and Excel required, with Python as a bonus.
- Proficiency in documenting and developing best practices to optimize operational processes.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with sales, operations, and engineering.
- Demonstrated drive, intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and record of success.
- Ability to work autonomously in ambiguous, fast-changing environments and prioritize effectively.
- Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Retool.
- Ability to work onsite five days per week in Mountain View, California.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Python experience.
- GSuite experience.
- Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience.

## Compensation
- Annual salary: $120,000–$160,000.
