## Job Description

## Key Responsibilities
- Lead design for core product surfaces
- Define and evolve Dusk’s design language and component system
- Conduct user research and translate insights into product direction
- Build high-fidelity prototypes that communicate vision and drive alignment
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure design quality from concept to release
- Mentor other designers and help scale design culture across the company
- Balance creativity with pragmatism - shipping high-impact, user-centered work

## Qualifications
- 6+ years of product design experience, ideally in SaaS or creative tooling
- Portfolio showcasing excellent interaction and visual design work
- Fluency in **Figma** and modern prototyping tools
- Strong grasp of UX principles, hierarchy, and system thinking
- Proven track record leading 0→1 or platform-level design initiatives
- Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting to stakeholders
