## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Assist customers with the car rental process, including customer support, arrival and check-in, assigning drivers to rental vehicles, and processing rental returns.
- Prepare rental vehicles by fueling and cleaning them, installing telematics and license plates, conducting fleet inspections, and managing compliance documents.
- Organize the vehicle lot, coordinate vehicle transportation, and manage daily rental operations.
- Escalate vehicle issues, program challenges, and bugs to the Operations Lead and internal or external partners.
- Build trust, collaborate effectively, uphold service standards, and represent the Lyft brand.
- Take initiative and contribute to team success.

## Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in an in-person customer service role, such as retail, technical support, or hospitality.
- Familiarity with the Cleveland area.
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate patience, identify and resolve problems, de-escalate situations, work as part of a team, and self-manage.
- Valid unrestricted driver's license, satisfactory driving record, and eligibility to be insured under Lyft's policy.
- Must reside in a state registered for Flexdrive Services LLC.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience or interest as a Lyft driver.
- Proficiency in additional languages.

- Base pay range of $16.62-$20.77 per hour in the Cleveland area, excluding potential equity, bonus, and benefits.
