## Job Description

## What You'll Do
- Build a strategic plan to drive expansion in a portfolio of Commercial and Enterprise accounts.
- Manage multiple sales cycles and customer campaigns targeting Analytics Engineering, Data Platform, and Data Governance personas.
- Protect renewals by monitoring account signals, deepening executive alignment, and helping customers realize consistent value.

## What You’ll Need
- 4+ years of experience in SaaS sales or account management, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, adapting quickly to constant change.
- Strong consultative selling skills, engaging effectively with both technical and business audiences.
- Proactive and organized, capable of independently managing a diverse book of business.

## What Will Make You Stand Out
- Prior experience in analytics, ETL, BI, or open-source software.
- Familiar with dbt (core or Cloud) and the modern data stack, including platforms like Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or Databricks.
- Experience with consumption and/or usage-based pricing structures.
- Experience with the MEDD(P)ICC sales methodology / Command of the Message.
