## Job Description

## What You’ll Do

Typeface is seeking a highly motivated and skilled **Staff Product Designer** to join our design team. As a Staff Product Designer, you will be responsible for creating and executing design solutions that meet the needs of the business. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure that our products are user-friendly, visually appealing, and meet the needs of our customers.

### How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Own and lead end-to-end the design of multiple product areas and features
- Create world-class design solutions and work with cross-functional teams to ship them to our customers quickly
- Ensure that our products are user-friendly and visually appealing
- Open to mentoring/leading more juniors designers
- Work independently with limited guidance
- Pro-active with communication and take initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices

## What You Bring:
- 10+ years of experience and Bachelor's degree
- Strong portfolio showcasing strong design skills and care for details
- Experience in the generative AI space working with AI tools
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a high capacity for change and context-switching
- Experience with design tools, such as Figma
- **Bonus:** Experience with designing B2B/SaaS products
- **Bonus:** Experience with designing AI products
- **Bonus:** Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development

**Base Salary**  
The range for this role is $175K - $200K. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process.
