## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Create and manage a motivated, diverse sales team and foster an environment of success.
- Participate in customer and prospect meetings.
- Support ongoing training and development, including mentorship, hiring, and career growth.
- Help craft and develop sales processes and initiatives.
- Interview, hire, and train new team members as the business scales.
- Deliver weekly forecast meetings and mentor Account Executives on strategies to exceed their goals.

## Requirements
- 7+ years of sales experience, preferably within SaaS.
- 3+ years of management experience.
- Understanding of the technical and competitive landscape and ability to thrive in a constantly evolving environment.
- Fluency in German.
- Excitement for growing customer happiness and developing lasting customer relationships.
- Proven track record of leading a successful and consistent sales team.
- Outstanding coaching, writing, discovery, and presentation skills.

## Nice-to-haves
- Additional management experience within a SaaS company.
- Experience using or working with Figma, or other UX/UI experience.
- Experience with Command of the Message or MEDDIC sales methodology.
