## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own and evolve People systems and operational infrastructure, including HR technology, data, workflows, and integrations.
- Design scalable People Operations systems, tracking, playbooks, checklists, documentation, and ownership models.
- Lead US benefits operations and administration; support evolving international benefits programs.
- Build and manage compliance infrastructure across a multi-state and international workforce.
- Develop and maintain employee policies and the handbook.
- Surface risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs in People-related business decisions.
- Partner with Payroll, Finance, Legal, IT, Recruiting, and external vendors.
- Use data, reporting, controls, and operational insights to improve programs proactively.
- Support high-priority People and business projects as needed.

## Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in People Operations or HR at a fast-growing startup or technology company.
- Strong end-to-end People Operations experience across benefits, immigration, compliance, systems, and employee operations.
- Experience operating in a high-velocity environment where priorities and processes evolve quickly.
- First-principles thinking and a practical, can-do approach to ambiguous problems.
- Strong data-driven, analytical, and program management skills.
- Ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution.
