## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead creative development of copy, concepts, and campaigns across product and brand marketing.
- Create marketing copy for websites, email, social media, push notifications, in-app communications, blogs, newsletters, and press releases.
- Generate content ideas and conceptualize campaigns that drive brand engagement and support business goals.
- Maintain consistent brand voice and tone across communications.
- Oversee messaging quality control and improve copy processes for efficiency.
- Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to develop audience-focused narratives.
- Monitor industry trends, audience insights, and the competitive landscape.
- Use data and performance metrics to optimize copy and messaging.
- Adapt messaging to changing business needs and audience preferences.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a copywriter or in a similar creative role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital marketing and brand communications writing.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail, tone, and voice.
- Ability to adapt copy across formats while maintaining consistency.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tactics.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools and performance metrics.
- Passion for creativity, innovation, and compelling storytelling.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience in cryptocurrency, fintech, or the technology industry.
