## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and optimize scalable systems and services that power AI-driven healthcare workflows
- Take AI from prototype to reliable production
- Build the data pipelines, APIs, and integrations that connect clinical, manufacturing, and back-office systems
- Ship user-facing experiences that move real metrics for patients and customers

## Requirements
- Track record of shipping production systems end to end
- Strong fundamentals across backend or full-stack, and comfort making architecture and infrastructure decisions
- Fluency with modern cloud and tooling
- Product-minded approach with focus on real user impact
- Strong communicator who challenges assumptions and collaborates across engineering, AI, and product
- Driven to ship with control from architecture to deployment
- Mission-focused on building technology that changes lives

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience putting AI into production

## Work Environment
- In-person in San Francisco Rincon Hill office, 5 days a week
