## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own interview scheduling, candidate debriefs, and kickoff coordination across all open searches.
- Partner with recruiters and executive assistants to coordinate hiring managers and executives with minimal friction.
- Manage high-volume scheduling and candidate experience, anticipating conflicts and rebuilding interview loops when needed.
- Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, and Greenhouse.
- Review applications, manage AI sourcing agents, and mine CRM systems and professional networks for candidates.

## Requirements
- Experience coordinating recruiting and managing an applicant tracking system such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
- Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Customer-oriented approach with empathy for candidate experience.
- Sound judgment when handling confidential information.
- Availability and responsiveness for last-minute scheduling changes.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, or Gem.
- Familiarity with Claude or ChatGPT applied to recruiting work.
- Experience supporting recruiting at a high-growth technology company.
