## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple complex searches and create innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Deliver quality assessments and a high-touch candidate experience throughout the recruitment funnel.
- Lead and scale sourcing capabilities to proactively build high-quality talent pipelines.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs, conduct intake meetings, determine target profiles, and drive sourcing strategies.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in Greenhouse to support meaningful reporting and data integrity.

## Requirements
- **5+ years** of full-lifecycle technical recruiting experience.
- Experience hiring in a fast-paced environment, ideally at a startup or digital health company.
- Demonstrated success building and owning sourcing pipelines and developing effective top-of-funnel strategies.
- Ability to translate recruiting data into actionable insights that influence stakeholders, improve decision-making, and accelerate hiring performance.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a consultative recruiting mindset for engaging candidates and stakeholders.
- Experience with BrightHire and Greenhouse preferred.
- Commitment to a high-performing, mission-driven team with urgency, accountability, and authentic feedback.

## Compensation
- Base salary: **$150,000–$170,000**.
