## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Partner with managers and HR Business Partners on compensation framework, programs, and decisions
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and support annual performance review cycles, ensuring pay decisions are data-driven, aligned with market trends and our compensation philosophy
- Build and maintain analytical models and spreadsheets to surface insights that inform rewards strategy and executive decision-making
- Translate data and analysis into clear recommendations for leadership and key stakeholders
- Manage day-to-day benefits administration - serving as a knowledgeable resource for employees on how benefit programs work and connecting them to the right plans, vendors, and processes
- Educate new hires on benefit programs/processes and compensation philosophy
- Administer global benefits through PEO (US) and brokers (UK, IL), in line with laws and regulations
- Maintain the HRIS system, including pulling reports, conducting data analysis, and ensuring data accuracy across all HR systems

## Requirements

- 5-7 years of relevant work experience, preferably with compensation consulting/analytics
- Knowledge of global compensation practices (base salary, variable incentives, equity grants and refresh strategy, sales incentive plans)
- **Strong analytical skills** with **advanced Excel proficiency** - able to build sophisticated spreadsheets, analyze complex data sets, and translate findings into actionable insights
- Strong process and project management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and ensure accurate delivery of work products
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to synthesize information to drive decisions
- Broad knowledge of Human Resources principles, policies, and benefit programs in the US (UK and Israel a plus)
- Experience with benefits administration is a plus
- Strong executive level communication
- Ownership mentality - proactive, accountable, and lead complex problem-solving independently

## Compensation

Target annual base salary range: **$180,000 – $200,000**, plus annual discretionary bonus and company equity. Eligible for company-sponsored benefits and perks.
