## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack integrations and applications using React, TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js, and SQL.
- Build and manage internal tooling in collaboration with the support team.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, practices, and tools, focusing on efficiency and scalability.
- Provide cross-functional technical guidance and support internally and to customers.
- Assist customers on technical calls, applying strong problem-solving skills and a focus on customer success.

## Requirements
- Extensive experience with TypeScript, React, Next.js, Express, Node.js, SQL, and external-system integrations.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and managing complex integration challenges.
- Understanding of SCIM, SAML 2.0, and single sign-on protocols, including implementation and troubleshooting of SSO and SCIM integrations.
- Proven ability to write clean, testable, and maintainable code.
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience developing scalable features for high-availability environments.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

## Nice to Have
- Docker and Kubernetes experience.
- Familiarity with Grafana and other monitoring tools.
- Experience with Scala and Java.
