## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of web experiences, translating mobile features to the web with a strong focus on user experience.
- Drive technical strategy, define engineering standards and best practices, mentor engineers, and establish the technical vision for the web platform.
- Participate in deployment and operational phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Manage technical debt, champion code quality, and lead architectural evolution.

## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of software development experience with a track record of technical leadership.
- Expertise in React, Next.js, or Remix.
- Experience with modern build tools, testing, and CI/CD.
