## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process and deliver a smooth, positive candidate experience.
- Build relationships with senior business leaders to understand hiring needs and team goals.
- Source active and passive candidates through online and internal databases, employee referrals, events, networking, and market research.
- Advise the business on hiring strategy and lead strategic discussions to build teams holistically.
- Partner with the recruiting team to develop efficient, scalable recruiting processes.
- Use recruiting data to report on key metrics and provide actionable insights.

## Requirements
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for Go-To-Market, General & Administrative, and/or Operations teams in a high-performance environment.
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
- Experience using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, Teamable, Juicebox, Ashby, or Greenhouse.
- Experience sourcing passive candidates creatively and persistently.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to balance results with process in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-first mindset and enthusiasm for learning and trying new approaches.
- Ability to work from the San Mateo headquarters at least 3 days per week.

## Nice-to-haves
- Combination of in-house and agency recruiting experience.
- Experience or strong familiarity with international hiring practices across EMEA and APAC, including regional talent markets, compliance considerations, and hiring nuances.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Annual base salary: $110,000-$150,000 USD.
