> This customer-facing pre-sales technologist partners with enterprise sales teams to map customer challenges to Cloudflare solutions, deliver presentations and demos, and lead proof-of-concept engagements. The role requires solutions engineering experience, strong communication skills, English and Spanish fluency, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Map customer initiatives and business problems to Cloudflare solutions.
- Build relationships and technical champions within customer accounts.
- Develop and present customer presentations to enterprise stakeholders.
- Lead product demonstrations and proof-of-concept activities for prospects and customers.
- Partner with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide technical sales support.
- Create professional content, including white papers, blog posts, and knowledge-sharing materials.
- Represent and evangelize Cloudflare at developer, community, technology, cybersecurity, and industry events.
- Apply vertical knowledge or domain expertise and advise on best practices.
- Travel up to 50% for customer and prospect meetings, conferences, industry events, and team collaboration.

## Requirements
- Previous experience as a Solutions Engineer or in another customer-facing technical role involving CDN, security, networking, or SaaS.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and activities concurrently.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.

## Nice-to-haves
- Understanding of customer network and application architectures.
- Experience with hybrid architectures involving Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of application and network security.
- Experience with SaaS application environments.
- Knowledge of VPN and remote-access challenges.
- Experience with SIEM and log analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of client operating systems and software distribution.
- Experience communicating network and security transformation strategies to senior executives.
- Knowledge of routing, subnetting, split tunnels, SD-WAN, and local internet breakout.
- Understanding of end-user and application security risks, including DDoS, malware, phishing, and viruses.
- Knowledge of CDN providers and internet security technologies.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Estimated annual salary for Spain-based hires: €90,000–€124,000.
- Eligible for incentive compensation under Cloudflare’s Sales Compensation Plan; the estimated range includes on-target incentive compensation.
- Eligible to participate in Cloudflare’s equity plan.
