## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Source, vet, and onboard specialized annotators and performers across diverse skill profiles and languages.
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter, professional communities, universities, and niche networks to find hard-to-reach specialists, including multilingual speakers, designers, and clinicians.
- Test and scale sourcing channels using AI workflows and automation while improving lead quality and annotator experience.
- Establish vetting and assessment pipelines based on project requirements and expertise.
- Maintain relationships with experts between projects to keep the roster engaged and available.
- Partner with project and delivery leads to translate customer specifications into candidate profiles and begin sourcing early.
- Track and improve funnel metrics including outreach volume, response rates, conversion, and time-to-fill.

## Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in high-volume recruiting.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, and other sourcing tools.
- Fluency building AI workflows to scale effective sourcing and improve annotator experience.
- Comfort owning recruiting funnel metrics.
- Strong written communication, responsiveness, and professionalism, particularly for email and direct-message outreach.
- Experience in fast-paced, target-driven environments such as startups, agencies, or consulting.
- Resilience, proactivity, and flexibility when strategies or project requirements change.
