## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Own the strategic vision for GTME University end to end, including the learner journey, persona journey map, site architecture, and content roadmap.
- Create and ship content across docs, courses, cohorts, guides, workshops, and other formats while maintaining a high quality bar.
- Lead and grow the University content team in a player-coach capacity.
- Build cross-functional content pipelines with Solutions, GTMOps, and Forward Deployed GTME teams.
- Design rigorous professional certifications, including job task analyses, assessment philosophy, rubrics, peer review, grading standards, and hybrid quiz-plus-workbook assessments.
- Build the badge ecosystem across programs, community, content, and platform participation.
- Own grading operations, including the peer-review council, calibration, service-level agreements, round-robin review, and workflow automation.
- Manage the University platform, credentialing portal, and vendor relationships, including Accredible and Yoodli.
- Make build-versus-buy decisions and drive credentialing tooling and vendor strategy.
- Build a defensible growth flywheel by marketing programs, developing partner certifications, and partnering with GTMOps and Sales.
- Measure content resonance, inbound demand, credentials issued, completion and pass rates, time to feedback, and downstream hireability signals.

## Requirements

- Experience running a content function, program, publication, or assessment system where you set both the pace and quality bar.
- Demonstrated ability to execute as well as set strategy, including writing content, building course pages, designing rubrics, grading submissions, and troubleshooting tooling.
- Strong learner-first and teaching orientation.
- Ability to balance rapid content shipping with rigorous credential standards.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and building programs for an emerging discipline.
- Willingness to take end-to-end ownership of both strategic and operational work.
- Ability to lead and grow a team while remaining hands-on.

## Nice-to-haves

- Experience with professional certifications, credentialing, assessment systems, peer review, or grading operations.
- Experience with learning platforms, credentialing portals, Accredible, Credly, or Yoodli.
- Experience with Clay tables, automations, content partnerships, community programs, or go-to-market engineering.
- Experience building partner certifications or connecting education programs to hiring and demand generation.

## Compensation and Benefits

- Annual salary: **$180,000–$280,000**.
